Privacy policy

We keep the minimum needed to send your reminders:

• Your email address (or phone number, if you chose texts), your first name if you give one, time zone, reminder time and goal.
• For each day: how many Anki reviews you did and how many cards were left.
• From your review history: your study streak and your average time per card, so emails can say "about 15 minutes".
• The names of up to 3 decks with the most cards due, so emails can say where they are. You can turn this off in the add-on.
• Which reminders we sent.

We never see the cards themselves: no questions, answers or notes.

Emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Service. Daily progress is deleted after 45 days. Deleting your account in the add-on removes your address and all data right away.

We never sell or share your email address or phone number, and we don't use it for anything except your reminders.
